Everything was fine and rooms were decent sized and neat. The location was quiet - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Visited Queen Victoria Monument, one of the tourist spots, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating & amicable. There were an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron/ironing board in the rooms, which made them decent size. The location of this pleasant and quiet hotel was perfect, to the main seafront. Moreover, it was not very far from Mathew Street.
The room felt a little small and the bathroom was very small.

I loved this low-budget hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The atmosphere was comfortable and the staff were outstandingly accommodating and amicable. The breakfast was delicious and lovely by toast with a large pot of coffee with nice food. The location was good and beds were extremely comfy. Furthermore, the area was good. The whole experience was really lovely.
